– Two organizations was established to contribute together in protecting national properties 150 years ago.
After the establishment of the first national park was Yellowstone in 1872 in order to protect the natural beauty at the famous fountain basin of hot water with wild animals here , U.S National Park Service was established in 1916 and currently oversees the conservation of 58 parks across the country. After that, passing by national history conversation laws in 1966, The National Register of Historic Places are set up to protect the landscapes that characterized the heritages of the US.

You also can follow the stairs ramp which is longer than 400 meters to the top of Moro Rock if you do not have more time. It will ‘treat’ you a great view of the Great Western Divide mountain and under forest.
Kilauea Volcano – Hawaii Volcano National Park

If you come here, you can yourself go around the Pueblo village but you should respect the privacy of all families by pointing at the places where have been designated or having their permission before taking photos.
Washington Monument , Washington DC
This monument had the height of 169,29 meters , built in the style of the monuments in Egypt with the shape likes a sword , completed in 1884. This is the most prominent architecture in US capitals. Besides, honoring the first president of their country, this marble monument is also used as the podium witnessed the historical moments of the country : The famous speech of pastor Martin Luther King ‘ I have a dream’ and the presidential inauguraton of Barack Obama…
It was really nice when the sunrise and sunset shimmering on the Reflecting Pool next to the monument , particulary, when fireworks shining in the sky every Independence Occasion . Although you are visited it freely, you also need to have tickets and have to queue before being inside.
It is better when you stay on the outside, from the steps of Lincoln Memorial , where Luher King read the speech , or from the Tidal Basin lake in cherry flower festival early April .
Portland Head Light Lighthouse, Cape Elizabeth, Maine
